01Agreement

If you use Raymarch, you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Raymarch. Raymarch is in beta. We can change, limit or stop any feature at any time. Contact us at support@raymarch.com.

02Who can use Raymarch

You must be 18 or older. If you use Raymarch for a company, you must have the authority to accept these terms for it.

03Your account

Give correct details. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

04Your content

You own your media, edits and AI results. We do not claim them. You let us process, store and send your content only to give you the features that you use. You must have all the rights to your content, including copyright, privacy, voice and likeness rights.

05AI results

AI results can be wrong, incomplete or offensive. They can also be similar to other people's work. Check them before you use them. You are responsible for how you use and publish them.

06Rules

Do not:

• break the law, or help other people break it
• harass, deceive or impersonate people
• upload sexual content of children, or intimate content without consent
• infringe other people's rights
• attack, overload, copy or reverse-engineer Raymarch
• use other people's accounts, or bypass billing or limits
• resell access, or use automated access, without our written permission

07Payments and refunds

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record. The checkout shows the price and the taxes. Plans renew until you cancel. Annual plans bill one time each year and give credits each month.

Plan credits expire each month. Top-up credits do not expire. Credits are not money.

Except where the law requires a refund, fees and used credits are not refundable. For billing questions, email support@raymarch.com.

08Cancel, delete and suspend

Cancel renewal in billing settings. You keep access until the end date shown. Cancellation does not give a refund. When you delete your account, renewal stops. Deletion does not give a refund. The Privacy policy explains account deletion.

We can suspend or close your account in these cases:

• you break these terms
• you do not pay
• you put Raymarch or other users at risk

We can stop Raymarch completely. If we do, we tell you first.

09No warranty

We provide Raymarch “as is” and “as available”. We give no warranty of any type, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not promise that Raymarch is always available, free of errors or secure. We do not promise that it keeps your data. We do not promise that AI results, captions, previews or exports are correct.

Check your exports. Keep your own copies of your media and projects.

10Limit of liability

We are not liable for:

• indirect, special or consequential losses
• loss of profit, revenue, business, audience or reputation
• loss of or damage to data, projects or media

For all other claims, our total liability is USD 50. This limit applies to all claims together, for any legal reason, including contract and negligence. More than one claim does not increase this limit.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms limits any other liability that the law does not let us limit.

11Claims caused by you

Sometimes a claim against us comes from your content or from your breach of these terms. In that case, you pay our losses and reasonable legal costs. This includes claims about copyright, privacy, voice or likeness.

12Notice before a claim

Before you or we start a legal claim, send the other a written notice. Describe the claim and the result that you want. Then wait 30 days, so that we can try to solve it together. Send your notice to support@raymarch.com.

13Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them. We do not pay you for them.

14Changes

We post changes on this page. We tell you before important changes. If you do not agree, stop using Raymarch and cancel your plan. If you continue after the change date, you accept the new terms.

15General

• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent.
• We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
• These terms, together with the Privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Raymarch regarding your use of Raymarch. They supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings on the same subject.
• We may send notices to you by email to the address associated with your account, or by in-product notification. Notices to Raymarch should be sent to support@raymarch.com.
